Today I was really surprised about the girl behind the counter. I didn't immediately know what I wanted, so she first helped another person, which is of course fine. Then I waited a while for the cashier to finish with the other customer, I had made a choice at the time. Afterwards she approached me to point out that I had 1 minute left. Great shoes bought as quickly as possible directed outside, it seemed. Is there a woman outside who was 1 minute late and stood in front of a closed door. She came from Oudewater and had been delayed .. time is time so then you are just out of luck, hello madam I hear her say in a very annoying way and she slams the door shut and turns off the lights without that madam telling her story could do why she was a minute later. I thought it was so anti-social to a client that I am complaining about this. The customer who was outside said that there is still such a thing as customer friendliness and decency. If my staff were to deal with a customer like that, they would be sent away immediately.

Really a shop for shoes that you put on for when you have a fancy evening or just for work, at the office then 😃.
