Bad service! The money for our tickets for the canceled Vintage Kilo Sale will not be refunded until a new date has been set. As long as they announce a new date within 13 months, the cards will remain valid. If things go wrong, we will not receive a refund for another year. The choice to return the cards is therefore taken away from the customer. Bad thing!
