Very reliable. Customer service second to none. Had an extensive list of questions divided in numerous emails and Bitonic always answered every question in detail. Answering in less than 2 hours, in general. I notice that some of the reviews here are not 100% positive. I advice readers to keep in mind that most of the annoyance comes from not fully understanding the bitcoin principles and the trading process.

Terrible company to sell your bitcoins to. You only have like 8 minutes to send it to them, and if they don't have it by then, too bad! say goodbye to your expensive fee that you used to send the bitcoins. I'm sending them from " latoken" exchange with no option for a "fast sending" or anything. I've tried twice, failed twice, paid the fee twice. Truly amazing! It's a fine website if you want to buy bitcoins from what i remember a long time ago

Edit: Waited six days for an answer for somebody their verification account. Still didn't receive one. Definitely an editted star down. (didn't get text, still don't) For using the service 7 years now, overall had a good experience with Bitonic, since 2013. Only dislike that we had to verify ourselves. Don't like it when companies store a copy of my ID.

1. The transaction takes much longer than they say. Horrible experience with their 3 hours of urgent delivery, which happened a day longer!! 2. For the past three years, I only used their services only when i really had to. Their costs are much higher than top international exchanges in my list. 3. My latest transaction was held, and they asked me some strange questions asking of the details of my business activities and my customer's information on why and how they pay me in BTC. It was not professional and against what the Cryptos are meant to be; freedom without any third-party authority, control and dominance. 4. They are not regulated; i understood it recently. There are many other exchange services that you can use; Just Google it you will find much better prices and faster services. 5. For this moment, The BTC price fell again, and i still don't have my BTC nor received my money. I have to file a legal case against them.

Good service. They even answer on sunday. I sold my coin sunday and monday around 15.00 my money was transferd to account. I only wish to be able to stay more transparent. Please don't listen to trolls.
