Received a bouquet from your business today. But how the bouquet is bound ..?! It seems like you just really don't feel like it anymore. Really disappointed ... Stems still full of leaves, not close to sheaf of corn and cut way too high from the tying point. I am especially sorry for the unfamiliar customer and my friends who take the trouble to buy something for me.
