They helped me with my problem in the most professional way I could expect. Dr. Cheragwandi spent a lot of time on my case and did a great job. I am finally relieved of my annoying symptoms. Of course, it took some time. Don't expect them to do the mechanics' job and fix things in one go. Healing takes time.

It takes weeks to get the results of an ultrasound / MRI, while the authority itself has it in a few working days. Promises are made, but not kept. If they no longer know the cause of your complaints, they will put you aside. Data is not or not completely sent to your doctor. The only positive thing is that they have good ideas for when you have an open wound.

With the name Proctos Kliniek you would expect this clinic to have all the expertise in-house about the Proctos (anus). Unfortunately, that is absolutely not the case. Only surgeons work here, who always prescribe the same standard treatment: tie them with rubber bands and, if that doesn't work, operate. With an acquaintance of mine, those rubber bands were absolutely hopeless, and terribly painful !!! His problem could never have been solved with rubber bands. Yet that has been tried. In the end he was successfully helped with an operation, but they cut away too many, so that he now has other complaints. This treatment with rubber bands was also proposed to me, and if necessary a surgical intervention, while I have completely different complaints, which in my case indicate an inflammatory bowel disease, which can absolutely not be remedied with rubber bands or a surgical procedure. At the Proctos Clinic, hardly any attention is paid to the actual cause of your complaints, because they do not have the expertise in house for intestinal diseases. There are no MDL doctors or internists working at the Proctos Clinic, only surgeons. So don't be tempted to rubber bands or cut your anus before you figure out what's really going on with you!
