Hans Jakob is a man who at first came across as very friendly, reliable and honest. Just a week before he would start with us, he canceled due to long-term illness. That was force majeure. But when I met him again 5 weeks later on a job, I was surprised that he was back at work. He did not call us for a moment and his agenda was completely full. Unreliable for us!
