Director Mr. W. Kranenburg served us very well. Repaired damage and prepared showroom within a few days. All photos to sell our car were taken by Mr. and his colleagues. Window damage that we had was repaired as a service. On his advice, we were able to sell the car within two hours. Until next time. With kind regards, Miranda de Krijger

Very customer friendly. Brought my car on Wednesday, I was told that the car would probably be ready by Thursday. I would be called. Heard nothing on Thursday. On Friday at 4 p.m. I only get a phone call that the car is ready and if I want to pick it up before 5 p.m. I miss the phone call (still working) and call back at 4.30 p.m. I have to return the loan car before 5 pm that day otherwise I have to pay 60 euros for the weekend for the loan car. No allowance and they are closed on Saturday. They put you under pressure, do not take into account that you cannot come a la minute. They are also open until 5.30 p.m. So I still brought the loan car back, refueled and from the center of Rotterdam spent a total of 30 minutes on the traffic ... just before 5.30 pm I arrived at the company .... I will not be back at this company !!

I am very satisfied with the service provided! Due to circumstances it was difficult for me to come home and pick up the car when it was ready. After bringing my car I was dropped off at home with my 6-month-old daughter. And with a lot of understanding of the situation, they came to deliver the car at home. I could not wish for better service! What a top!
