Nice reception and flexible, only appointments do not follow. Would pick car tomorrow, was reserved for me but now get the message by SMS that car is sold anyway. Does not pick up phone. On request by text message why I have not been called, the message 'unfortunately, car is gone' follows. Not a good trader, certainly not one to buy a car !!
