Very bad experience. Despite the fact that we had NOT commissioned this, this funeral director had our mother's obituary placed in the local newspaper. The result: within 3 days there was already a burglary, even twice. Never received an apology. Moreover, their condolence book has been lost. Inquired, never received and never called back. This was before the corona epidemic. No words for it.
