Great service and extremely customer friendly. I was at SHM Transmissie B.V. through a colleague. came out in Schiedam because my VW Golf IV 1.6 16V (manual transmission) of construction year 2000/2001 sometimes blocked in reverse. My colleague had called someone from this company on Thursday evening and was able to arrange that I could come by the next day! On Friday morning I was immediately careful from The Hague (because the car now sputtered so hard in just about every gear and it seemed as if I was driving a centrifuge instead of a car - it shook so violently in the car itself !) drove to Schiedam where I arrived around 11:30 am. The men drove the car straight into the workshop and around 3:30 PM I received a call that my car was ready! The men simply removed the old gearbox in less than 4 hours and put a revised gearbox back in it !!! The removed gearbox turned out to be completely in ruins due to the known problem with this type of gearbox of my VW model and the men were even slightly surprised that I had come to them independently by car all the way from my house faulty gearbox ... A lot of respect for the expertise, speed, customer-friendliness and very neat & clean workplace of the men of SHM Transmissie B.V. Many thanks again for the super fast repair of my old faithful VW Golf IV 1.6 16V and for the very reasonable price. I advise anyone who has a problem with the transmission line of his or her car, regardless of brand, to contact the gentlemen of SHM Transmissie B.V. first. to record and visit the men before you go to your own "authorized dealer" who also charges you an outrageous amount of money and is "busy" with your car for at least 3-5 days (yes unfortunately I also pronounce experience). My car now drives like new and shifts smoothly through the gears. As soon as I experience a problem with my car again (which hopefully takes longer than 6 months for me) you will really see me coming back! You have a more than satisfied customer among men. I wish you a lot of success with this great company for the future, but I am sure that you have already helped many satisfied customers!
