Terrible company. Transportation is their business but have no responsibility. The driver made a mistake to find right address and corrected him by the phone. Waiting him for 5 hours to come, but never coame. Contact him after the long waiting, he was at home. No apologize, ask me to contact his company, the person at the company said there were not correct address provided, they have not made a mistake, I checked their website of the track and trace, my address was correct! Nobody apologized! Ask me that they will deliver someday after holidays. I don't know why people using this kind of company.

What an anti-social driver today. I arrive with my son in the parking lot and put my son in the car to leave. The driver arrives, sees me putting my son in the car and then parks his car in the middle of the road right behind my car. Me and a lady next to me have nowhere to go. Okay, I think it will be a bit quick, because assume that you are not consciously standing there for a longer period of time. Walked to 10 minutes and asked if he was almost ready and if he could not wait a while to park his car as he saw that I wanted to leave and was not allowed to stand there at all. But a little further to the side is the place to load and unload. No, he did not want to be in that place because then, according to him, the pallets would be written (strange since all others do). And I just had to wait because he just had to do his job. Yes, I get that, but because of that you cannot block a parking space where now several people are waiting who want to leave.

Just had a confrontation with a dog-bordering truck driver on the Hengelder in Zevenaar near Phoenix. Was ready in my van at an address to deliver a package when the driver taps the window. Whether I want to get away with my bus. I say that I deliver the package quickly after which I want to leave, but no sir almost forces me to take the bus to be moved. Simply delivered the package. When I walk back to my bus, the driver visibly shouts annoyedly the next time I have to fix my bus and that he was earlier. Great that you were earlier, but then ask me nicely to move the van. I honestly admitted not seeing him. He then said that we would never see package couriers and have something on our eyes. I promised him to go to the optician and tell him to think about his blood pressure. What a blow runner this driver. Often to do with these people, but this person ruined it.
