It was a wonderful experience that we had in Netherlands, one rainy evening when we saw the mill working and we dared to come close by dragged by pure curiosity. We had no expectations so, at the moment the miller told us that the place was not a museum we were ready to leave the mill when suddenly he started telling us the story of wind mills and millers and we got wrapped by his words so we gladly stayed to listen to him. Apart from historical events connected to mills and millers we also found out lots of useful information about recycling and not wasting things in vain. He showed us the natural merchandise that his family bakes and sells and we were explained how and why they chose to create only natural products. Dear Sir, thank you for your kind words and generosity! You have successfully accomplished the task of your ancestors, to be the center of communication and spread the word! With respect, the Math in Motion girls, Bulgaria, Romania and Greece!

A beautiful mill, fully operational. So there is fresh flour for sale. In addition, a nice shop with organic products. There is also a small terrace with coffee, tea, something tasty and .... ice cream! The owners are exceptionally friendly, helpful and sweet. Five stars!
