Nice resting place, watching the kajakers arrive, drinking a nice Trappist, and preparing for a great cycling trip through the beautiful Malpie Venns

Lovely place to visit, great walking or cycling and nice very accommodating cafe for refreshments and toilet

Beer, bar snacks and pancakes. Toilets open even when pub isn't. Great place to start a walk or cycle ride in the evocative Malpie nature reserve.

Verry dog unfriendly place. I guess the owner hates dogs. Even with a well behaved dog you are not allowed to sit even on the terrace. I can understand if you do not allow dogs inside, but not on the terrace? Asking why not, they give a poor excuse of bad experience in the past. Makes me wonder why many other place can handle it without issues. All very unfortunate, as the area is great for walking.

Calm place for a drink and ice cream after a canoe ride.... Good place for kids and families as well
