1 hour 45 mins for an appointed tyre change...seen quicker
I had to do a component adaptation on my car (CP removal for sound amplifier). They accepted to do it for me. They knew what is needed to do and information offered by them over the phone was detailed (as you would expect from a car dealer).
Car ordered in November. Delivery time January, but nothing seen at the end of February. Communication about the delivery must mainly come from the customer, but have been getting the lame excuse 'transport' for 3 weeks.
Nice little talk when you enter the showroom, but after that it becomes painfully quiet.
My colleague has the same private lease through Van Udenhout, but that service there is a world of difference from Van Mossel in a positive way. In 2 years, after the lease contract expires, I know.
Have my winter tires replaced in November. Then a message that my tire sensor is not recognized. This is indicated at the APK. I get the message that this is my own claim and that I have to settle it with the lease company😪. The lease company is also part of the van Mossel group. Not yet had a good experience with a van Mossel garage. That will be switching brands for me anyway
Had to drop a band quickly and could drop by right away on a late Saturday afternoon. Top arranged!
