In my opinion misleading cost estimate in advance ("approximately 1 hour of work and we do not charge call-out charges"). In retrospect, the bill appears 3x higher than the stated hourly rate that appears to have been excl. VAT. Reasons high bill in addition to 21% VAT: kilometers driven from unknown address and use of camera. So if you call in advance about costs, then keep asking

Had called for a fault, I would be called back, but I had to go after it myself the next day. A technician turned out to be out due to illness, which can happen, but it is very strange that the planning is then not adjusted and the initiative must lie with the customer

Not recommended. Wooden kitchen top water damage incurred by faulty faucet. Replace faucet but did not feed back that the kitchen top was so damaged that it needed to be replaced. Called about this again, they only sent a mechanic to connect it back. This without prior notice that the visit of the mechanic will be charged. Thanks to them, I have double costs. 😡
