Wash-dry combination piece; no longer dries. Next day already on the doorstep, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Honest advice: repair is too expensive for this age. Too bad, but there is also no insistence on the purchase of a new machine. With clear explanation so that the customer understands. Outstanding service! Recommended !!!

In the end, we also went to Brilman in search of a new washing machine. You can go to the Mediamarkt for a bargain, but we are looking for a washing machine that can serve in our household for the coming years without a hitch. Of course you never know when such a device will break, but a piece of quality simply costs a little more. With the last washing machine we bought it was still important to look at the number of revolutions and the drum capacity, but nowadays there are so many points where they differ from each other that you can hardly figure it out yourself. The seller was able to explain to us what is important to us and what we should pay attention to. Not only in washing machine sales language, but also in plain simple Dutch. Fortunately, our washing machine is not broken yet, so we are not in a hurry yet, but it is already an old animal that needs the necessary energy. That is why we are really going to decide in the short term and buy a new one from Brilman. The 4 stars are not because we are missing something, but because we have not made a purchase. You will receive that fifth star as soon as we can also assess the process after purchase. Keep it up!
