The prices shown are exclusive of order costs. If you order and want to pick it up in the store, you have to pay 17.5 euros. If you want to have it delivered to an address, you will lose 26 euros. I understand the costs for delivery to your own address. But think it is very bad that you also have to pay if you want to buy the materials in the store.

Top case. Good help and with the discount a nice price-quality ratio.

A while ago I ordered the Bermuda sofa from the shop in Enschede. In the store I received excellent help from the saleswoman. The misery started with the postponement of delivery. Initially my bank was delayed (can happen). It was going to take a little longer, but they couldn't answer the length of the delay. Nobody knew exactly. In the meantime I was contacted by email (because they were unreachable by phone) that my bank would come a week later. I then made an appointment through the external delivery company. They arrived exactly on time as agreed, only with the wrong bank. The truck driver was then able to reach Rofra by phone and it turned out to be a loaner. Unfortunately, this loan bank did not fit in the room and had to be returned. In the end, they couldn't tell me when my bank would come in. I just had to be patient. After weeks, the Bermuda sofa is delivered and placed neatly in the living room. It would end well, you would think well. Until 5 months after delivery I received a threatening email from a collection agency. Rofra home had sent me several reminders (?) And I had to transfer thousands of euros within a few working days. Special if you have to pay on delivery. Then I got a big mouth of customer service (suddenly accessible) from Rofra that I should have proved that I had just paid, then this never happened. What a bunch of amateurs.
