Never post things in this store!!! It is the second time that I post something and it disappears!!! In both times I posted without paying extra for tracking, so they won't look for who did it. There is clearly someone robing the packages that come from that store without track code!!!! I already complained with the PostNL and I received two answers, one copy and paste of the other, saying that my complain is registered, but for what I understand, nothing will be done about it! The first time I posted something there and it disappeared, it was sent to the University of Amsterdam, and all my original transcripts and diplomas were there!!!! The second time, I sent my sister her birthday present, as she lives in Brazil. Unfortunately, today is her birthday, it is almost one month I posted (it was supposed to arrive in 9 working days) and it has not arrived. All the money I spent with the present was lost and now my sister thinks I didn't remember her. Thank you very much, PostNL, for the great service that just works for who pays extra for tracking and ignore the lost packages of people that don't, even when it happens more than once from the same store. Disappointed is few to describe how I feel.

I posted a small letter to international address. Normally if I post a letter through postbox, it will takes less than 2 weeks to reach the destination. When I send a letter from this post office, the letter arrive at the destination a month later

Okay post office location, but the opening hours are less convent than the previous Albert Heijn post office location.

very bad experience !!!! VERY HIGH APPEARANCE !!!! because of the corona situation, tackle a package WITHOUT !! protective equipment to send it but then no cache money only accept pin related to the corona guidelines of the RIVM, according to this saleswoman, pointed out to her that this is not true that this is not a RIVM directive but from her organization for this reason laughed out loud

Particularly bad experience and that has everything to do with the staff. This is the first time that I want to send something back abroad. I literally asked for advice for sending 2 packages abroad. "Oh yes, it's important, think about it," and casually drops a booklet with the rates and taps her hand around the scales, after which she walks away. I try something with the boxes and the scales. I ask if they might have tape. Can I buy it for about half the shipping price. Again 'think about it.' There are no ideas and I am not offered any alternatives. Whether I want to deliver everything ready for dispatch next time. I come in and the first words that came from my mouth were 'I need advice'. Of course I have no idea how I can best get this shit ready for shipping because I have not yet received any advice. She does all this while working on a young girl she talks to as if she was 8. I have to do with her. I pack my things, no advice, no help, no service, and not a word when I walked out the door.
