Today I bought very nice sandals with heel here. Beforehand I read the reviews here. Unlike some other reviewers, I was kindly helped. I was looking for something I had seen online (other webshop), but they didn't have it. That's okay, you can't have everything in stock. She did recommend very different fun heeled sandals. These were also very beautiful. I found them friendly here. Thank you, until next time.

I have run out of the store. Was not properly helped. I certainly did not feel welcome. A negative review followed a conversation with the owner. That amounted to "what a nuisance for you ma'am: do you want to remove the negative review now, because we discussed it?" I have not been there anymore and from now on I buy my Gabor shoes online from other suppliers. I now also see that there are several negative experiences.

Unbelievable how unprofessional and downright insulting the staff are. It was not kindly made clear to us that we were not welcome in the store because we did not represent the clientele of the business. Maybe if we are white and 65+ we are welcome here. We cannot recommend Gabor in Enschede to anyone and hope that this outright discriminating shop will change sooner or rather disappear entirely.
