All our 4 butcher shops work closely with Bizerba for their cutting machine and cash register system. Regarding the helpdesk of their POS system, the customer friendliness and service is very nice. In particular, it is Hans from the Helpdesk Service who always speaks to me. He is very patient, kind, and helpful. Thanks! Mirjam is their regular receptionist and my experience with her is always fantastic. Callback requests are taken seriously and properly fulfilled. However, it does come with a price tag. Compared to, say, Delmo, Bizerba is quite pricey, but
