I was happy of my purchase (an old violin). They make in house shipping (insured). The violin was poorly packed, and arrived destroyed. They told me that they will run the insurance to get me a partial refund for the damages, and that it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Now, 20 weeks after, they do not answer my emails, and I still have no refund. Run away.
