Not good benzin

Treated unfriendly by employee who was not helpful at all! On Saturday January 16, 2021, I went to pick up a package from DHL at 12:30 PM. I received a message from DHL that the package was ready to be picked up. The AVIA employee asked for my house number and went looking for the package. She quickly looked at all the house numbers on the shelf and then said the package was not there. I then said that I had received a confirmation by email. I asked nicely if she was sure because I saw that she was looking quickly and was only looking for a house number, not even trying to search based on last name. The employee refused to do so. I went home and contacted DHL, but no employee was available due to the rush. I could only explain what the problem was in the chat. The chat from DHL indicated that I had to go to AVIA, that the packages had been delivered there. I called AVIA on the same day and asked the employee if she wanted to check again if the package was there. She declined to do so and told me to contact DHL again. The next day I went back to AVIA in the hope that there was another employee. And indeed there was another lady. She was neat and could find my package, but not by house number. There was no house number on the package, but my LAST NAME. The lady from the day before made no effort to help me. She refused to take another look, was not at all cooperative or helpful, the result is that I spent a lot of time calling DHL, chatting and visiting AVIA twice, with the package there all the time . If that lady were more helpful, I could get the package in the first moment. Bad!
