I have delivered my package here, with the intention of sending it to the Wehkamp. After a few days I still hadn't heard from the Wehkamp, ​​and decided to check the status of the shipment. The package appeared to have been sent to H&M. While I had said clearly that he had to be sent to the Wehkamp. The employee has therefore printed the wrong code. Now I lost my package and called an employee. I was approached with a terrible tone, like: we just ship it, I'm not going over this, I'm busy and you should just call DHL. Not any tone of understanding or at least apologies, while they made the mistake. Now I am in stress, and the employees do not care at all. Bad service!
