I took my curtains to a local Turkish alterations shop to get dry cleaned and they came back with labels from this Tip Top place. 6 curtain hooks were missing, and 2 of the inserts that were stitched in to hold the hooks. I don't recommend this place.

Tip Top Pro Cleaning and their reseller De Zilveren Schaar have ruined my wedding dress of thousands of euros. Delivered a white dress, but it got returned in yellow. Unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Awful Experience You ruined my (6 month old) 600 EUR suit and only got back 185 EUR. You said the Insurance company can only respond for 175 EUR and you will take responsibility for the price of the cleaning services (10 EUR).

Have the duvet treated for € 25 and picked up the same day in a neatly kept plastic cover.

I brought my jacket to orange scissors and it had sent it to tip top did not return nicely. was damaged and the liner was there from. I am not satisfied and when I said that she was going to shout the man that he did not want to reimburse it has been waiting for 2 months and they let it be known they have ruined my airforce jacket of 230 euros don't bring your expensive jacket here they are not responsible or customer-friendly and have a crush on customers
