Took my money when I tried to buy a loyalty card, then said it was out of cards. Still charged €15. Also, took €3,90 from me when I tried to pay the rest with card.

Amazing place; nice, clean, no staff. Offers a card for returning visitors and wireless payment options for one-time visitors. If you want to go old-skool you can even pay with cash money. Machines are professional grade and look very new. Instructions are clear and both Dutch + English. Cheapest machine is with €4 a bit on the high side but it fits 6,5 kg of laundry.

The place is tidy and clean. The equipments seem new. The drawbacks are all have to do with the payments: - no change was given. So, be ready with exact amounts, or small coins. - the card was also not available to be purchased here. - the credit card was supposed to be accepted here, but the reader didn't work (tried 3 types: contactless, chip, and swipe) Bring your bags too, since they don't sell any here. Other Speed Queen places also include the laundry detergent and softener, which was super nice. But these are not included here.
