I was a walk-in with laundry while on vacation. I asked if they could do my load of laundry and they said yes sure ,come back at this time.. I came back a couple hours after the time they told me it would be finished and asked several people about my order, everyone was clueless. Finally the original gentleman I spoke to came out and told me he forgot to do my laundry!!?? Over an hour of waiting,I got my laundry....

It says on their website "dry cleaning" "private orders". I'm afraid that is just but true.
