Nice place to stay, host is very friendly and chatty. The flat is comfortable and compact and accessible via a steep iron staircase. The bathroom is very small and knees touch the wall when on the loo! Parking is easy and there is wifi connection. Close enough to walk to supermarket for supplies. Nice traditional Dutch breakfast.

Lovely people, very accommodating and helpful, the actual rooms were spacious, clean and nice, fridge had a choice of products in it(charged extra per item as expected), the bathroom was very basic and small and the water from shower easily flooded rest of bathroom floor, also access was through very steep stairs outside, so not recommended for anybody with balance or mobility problems(although we were offered a lot of help with carrying luggage etc.). Also not taking card payments so had to make sure I can pay with cash. Rooms are located in lovely, quiet area. All in all the final score is boosted mainly through helpfullness offered.

We enjoyed our brief (1 night) stay. Our hostess was very welcoming, the main room and bathroom were large. The area around the house is beautiful and quiet. Breakfast had a nice variety of meats, breads, cheeses, tea and coffee. We had a lovely chat with our hostess over breakfast. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The room has its own entrance with separate very steep stairs. This was no issue for us as we are all in fair shape, but this would be a challenge for someone with trouble climbing stairs. These stairs are very steep and the first one is very tall because it starts at the garden floor rock bed. My only real complaint is the temperature. The room has radiator heating, but it appeared we could not control it. I tried the typical method of adjusting the valve but when it had no effect, I contacted our hostess. She immediately (I mean within 2-minutes) adjusted something outside the room and the radiator became warm, not hot, warm. She also gave us a space heater but asked that we not use it overnight. I understand the space heater request; they are notorious for starting fires. When we awoke the next morning, I felt cold, so I checked my alarm clock and found the room was 64.5 degrees Fahrenheit/18.05 Celsius (It was 29F/-1.6C outside). We used the space heater to warm the bathroom, but it cannot warm the whole area, so you had to move the heat where you needed it. At breakfast the next morning a repairman arrived, and our hostess explained something had failed in the front door latch and the door had come open during the night. That may be the reason our room was so cold. Overall a wonderful stay, I am forgiving the cold room because 1 night is not enough to deduct a star.

Excellent hotel. Clean room, large bath, coffee machine in the room. I recommend this place.
