My first experience using a floatation therapy tank and it was a very nice experience indeed. The centre is immaculate and very clean with a warm and friendly Vibe form the staff. I highly recommend trying this spa

Hygiene problems and unhelpful attitude. After having to wait for quite a bit with nobody present at the desk, I was given the same room that is used for demonstration (so, everybody is entering it wearing their street shoes and then you are supposed to stand there barefoot). But this is not the worst part - the worst part is the smell that unfortunately resembles a public toilet. When I asked politely if something can be done, the lady at the reception tried to convince me that this is the natural smell of the salt (it is absolutely not, I've been to floating spa before) and used an air freshener that did not really help. When I decided to leave, she tried to charge me the full amount instead of the 50% cancellation fee "because I was not being nice" (apparently, mentioning the objective concerns politely and in a quiet voice is not nice). Then she agreed for 50% - well, thanks for that at least, though I'm not exactly sure if the full cost was not a "borderline legal" trick that I was supposed to leave unnoticed. So, definitely not relaxing. Maybe other rooms are better, but my experience was terrible, which rarely happens. Helaas.

Gift voucher ordered had to pay 1 euro extra for shipping. 2 days later I receive the gift voucher by email and I have to print it myself. What did I have to pay extra euros for? Company email that I just want the card by post. Never received an answer and never received the gift voucher.

It seemed fantastic to do. But it was a bit disappointing. An hour in such a cabin is too long in my opinion. And then the staff ... It doesn't hurt to show a little more interest in your customers. Just asking what we thought of it or how it was is always fun. All in all, tried once, and it is not for me.
