Worst ever! Terrible service.Never be there

I am now without internet countless times and never have I received an apology or compensation. Are you crazy or something? People cannot work without the internet these days. I work from home and you have a breakdown all the time. Yes, and it always depends on something other than you. Never die Ziggo for me again. People don't get involved with this junk company.

Worthless company with a broken structure. Send incorrectly high bills that are only credited after a lot of nagging. However, mistakes are not admitted and placed with the customer to correct the situation "by way of exception". As soon as you change anything, billing goes wrong. The only way to tackle them properly is through the Telecommunications Disputes Committee. Update: I can report that tackling through the Disputes Committee works, Ziggo admits error and arranges, I get an extra offer 5 months subscription at a reduced rate and the costs for registering a complaint are also reimbursed. Correct but took a lot of effort. Now replace those brackish modems and media boxes with better equipment.

No customer for 6 years but now receive bills of 1200 euros for a pram that has been ordered via the Ziggo e-mail account (hacked) .... I thought they would erase your data after 3 months .... apparently not , and if you call them about it you are almost laughed at but not helped .... very sad service and poor handling.

Very worthless provider, do not understand that this is still possible if you perform so poorly, squeeze this company shut.
