I received my order from Lampenlicht.nl and on the same day I got in touch with client service as the light I bought wasn’t working. Since that day I sent 5 emails to the client service requesting a refund. Today it has been a full month since the delivery of my purchase and I’m stuck with a non-working light I paid for, as my 5 requests for a refund didn’t cause any reaction. I won’t be buying there again, as the lack of response or reaction to multiple emails sent every week for a month is pretty poor behavior towards the client. The impossibility to return/refund a faulty item is an issue. I don’t recommend the store.
