Suddenly no internet and TV expirabox broken. Unfortunately, KPN can only be reached via 1 national number. And you cannot call these or other KPN stores. A new modem was sent via the national number, but it will be there the next day. In retrospect, that was only after 2 days. Fortunately in the store they did have these in stock, and in the time of online lessons etc. it was nice that everything worked again a little later. It is a pity that you can nowhere see if this product is in stock in the store. So glad I went there afterwards. And I was helped in a very pleasant way in the store, I was even told when we are connected to the fiber optic network. Something they are busy with at our place in Wormer. In short, very satisfied with the store, but being able to see in advance what the store has in stock would be nice for customers, but also from the national "calcenter". Then sending the modem back and forth to a very busy Post.nl service point would not have been necessary at this time. Because I could also go directly to the KPN store for this.

We were addressed correctly. Unfortunately, there was no way of transferring from the old to the new phone that we bought for € 700. A real problem for us elderly and is therefore no longer a reason to buy it specially from the KPN. We were very disappointed. If only solved it yourself based on an enclosed manual. So our children don't understand Samsung. So we are not happy with this. We understand corona measure, but shouldn't it be possible with gloves on?
