I've used the parking several times and generally it's quite OK with it's convenient location. I'm giving it one star only, as I've ran into it when the ticket machine was not working properly (returning payments) and I got a fine which was not refunded by the municipality, despite the issue with the machine.

Machines don't accept non-dutch bank card, don't take coins or bank note, no employee onsite to ask for help, had to ask a locals because it accepted their card.
