Service at the location is good. However, contacting by phone is poor. Long wait before they pick up the phone if at all and then no possibility to reach anyone and promises to call back are not kept. Poor comunications.
Super service
I've been in Amersfoort and met Mr. Marc Schaefer there. During our meeting he promised he would come back to be about some information I asked for, but he didn't. I sent him an email afterwards as a reminder, but he didn't reply via email either. What a waste of time. I'm not sure how this company is still doing business with such employees
