Try to schedule a test drive for 2 days and get a quote. Apparently an impossible task for tern. It is all "difficult" according to the employee at the head office. It is not a very frustrating experience, a Mercedes at Stern anyway. I think we are going to the BMW dealer ....

We bought a Mercedes A class 180 at stern Amersfoort on Friday 13 March 2020 My wife cannot get used to the car Now stern also has a Mercedes GLA in Amsterdam I immediately called the seller if there is a possibility to exchange the A class for the GLA with one additional payment he presented this to the head office Seller also said he had just delivered the car last week He is informed that the car that we at a large company like Mercedes STERN will lose almost € 5000 for the car within 7 days And then to know that we have been a Mercedes Stern customer for quite some time I don't think this is a neat way of dealing with customers We have been with you for many years and are now being fobbed off like that
