Great service, good inventory and they have a lot of official dealer locations nearby as well (VW).

Because I am always sent from box to wall and always have to tell my story again; just this way. I came to buy a golf around 2 pm. I was sent away to apoint, because test drive is not allowed. Returned around 4 pm, but had to come back another day because there was no time for it. I do not live in the neighborhood, in the end I was allowed to drive for 10 minutes and buy it immediately. So can not see that the navigation is not working. After 2 weeks of waiting, I was allowed to pick up a car, but it turned out to have damage. There are a lot of cars crammed inside. So that damage can happen quickly. Fortunately that could be repaired, but then I had to return my car for 3 days without a replacement car. After 3 days I went to pick up the car, but was told by apoint damage that the papers were not delivered properly by occasion and that I had to do 1 week without a car. Of course I also have to work, so I have to bring a car. Wash car lost 3 days, but still an inoperative navigation. Now it would be nice if someone helps me. If necessary, money can be refunded if nobody has time for it. Who can I ask for my money for non-working navigation? Because returning cars without replacement transport is not an option. I have already spoken to all employees.

Incredibly unprofessional and treated unkindly. Friday made an appointment for a test drive the following morning at the end of the afternoon. With a young twin (12 weeks old) that is quite a logistics. My girlfriend, our babies and I get into the car in the morning, drive to the garage, the car turns out to be sold (!) All that hassle for nothing. If I ask in astonishment why they did not call me (because they had already recorded my details), no answer is given. If I ask for an apology, why they didn't call, they don't arrive. "How should we know that the car would be sold?" Is the response. Understandable, but at least let me know !! Without apology I walk outside with a double pram. Unbelievably, in the digital age, a phone call, text message or Whatsapp turned out to be too much trouble for the employees of A-point. What a lousy service. Now that I think about it: it is probably not a coincidence. So they already had a test drive for us and probably planned us at the last minute to put pressure on the people in front of us. I can already hear the seller say: "Know that another test drive is scheduled in an hour. I'll just give it if you are really interested." Bah. I will never buy a car from A-point. If you do, plan to be on your guard.
