Well...there should be a better integration about the click and collect...not sure why I need to drive to Ikea Amsterdam if then I wait there and someone come with a piece of paper and an address redirecting me here....the system should sending me directly here without letting me driving around..

Waiting time was more than 2x as long as said. Screen with current waiting time was hardly refreshed and when the time was up, it was unfinished and we still had to wait in a long queue. We thought that if the screen said it was ready it would be ready, but it wasn't at all. So we went home to get our children and had to go back again to get the order.

What a chaos !! Had to wait more than an hour and a half. It turned out that an employee had started collecting my order but had not completed it and had not handed it over to a colleague. It was that at a certain point I only started to inquire myself, otherwise it would have taken much longer.
