Exceptional customer service. I had a problem with the items in my online order and they responded quickly (and proactively) with no hassle at all. I wish all e-commerce companies were this good. They clearly want to look after their customers. I'll certainly be ordering from these guys again in the future.

Purchased expensive and beautiful shirt did not arrive. DHL says yes, you will be sent from pillar to post and no one to answer you. Now more than € 100 poorer and mailing for hours and no shirt. So bad service. Phone number does not work either. When will this be resolved? gr Marcel
