They are not friendly at all and i didn't have any good feelings about this kpn location.
Great service and experience. I went by to buy a charger for my iPhone 7 and the man who offered to help was very kind. I left the store with a new charger and with one of the best take away for 2019. I definitely recommend it!
Unfriendly service. As an expat I couldn't get a contract here without a residency card that is valid for more than a year. Quite a big market you are missing out on hwre KPN. Walked out the store and got a contract from Vodafone right away. This while I am already a home client of KPN with perfect payment record. Thanks but no thanks. Will move all my stuff shortly.
Do not go here unless you have a lot of time! The place is full and they simply do not speed up at all. People just have to wait. Especially when 2 staff spend their time interacting with one customer.
US companies must get lessons from European outfits how is store run they even have espresso bar in a telephone store
