Awful services, first they told us our couch and chairs should be ready in 6-8 weeks, now we find out they will delivery in 14 weeks!! How incompetent of their part, furthermore customer service is not helping at all, I would not recommend this place to anybody.
It was fun. Lots of fancy furnishings, but too expensive for their quality. If you like being stalked by a sales man, that's definitely your place to be!
Try to order from them 2 times. First time 1 year ago and the furniture was ruined I had to send it back, the second time they delivered it was also ruined. Asked for my money back. I tried to order a shelf recently, same ITER, was so ruined that I don t know how they can deliver such things. Sent it back and still waiting for my money
Prices are a bit inflated but they have really nice products in general.
I tried to buy a lamp that was showing as "in stock" in the website (for this specific store) and they told it was gonna take between 2 and 3 weeks to be delivered to the store.
Got back home, placed the order online (with next day delivery) and before checking out I decided that I was going to buy a similar product somewhere else.
I'm still wondering if they really didn't have stock or it was just the sales representative not checking it properly.
Not reommended to buy things from them! Go to the IKEA nearby for better service and quality.
I bought a table from them 2 years ago, and its side panel fell down without any force. The table is still within the warentty period, so I wrote their customer service. Eventualy they offered me a solution to fix the table for 105 EUR??? Seriously, what is the warentty for???
