I unfortunately used the services of one member of this franchise (Thierry Smith in Belgium). He barely started the work and we are eight month latter seeking legal assistance to recover our down payment. To avoid absolutely.

I ordered a pool through Starline Distributor in Poland. I have never been so disappointed with such a poor level of service or problem solving. The Starline installer flew to Poland to install the pool and technical equipment and made a complete mess of it. The wood support brackets started protruding the fibreglass supports near the bottom of the pool. The pool lost its shape and started to flex. I tried on numerous occasion to engage Starline directly and was simply stone walled by them saying it is not their problem and speak to the Polish distributor. I was horrified with such an attitude on such an expensive purchase and to see such poor quality product delivered and then to see the service just as bad is very disappointing. I would never recommend this company or their products. I am sorry I did not do more research of other pool manufacturers as Starline are simply a joke and not to be considered for swimming pools or anything else for that matter.
