Surely the most professional taxi service I've rented so far in the Netherlands. Always on time, answering to my emails within a day or two and quite available when I need a last minute call to check on my reservation or update something. I know I will book them again on the behalf of my company
Lodewijk and his team are terrific drivers, safe and flexible. I've taken many a ride with my pupils all over Amsterdam and the surrounding areas on school projects in one sometimes two of his buses. It's not always ease to manage fiftheen/sixteen-year-old's, but Lodewijk always stood by me gracefully and with a smile.
I ordered a bus several times with a group of friends, each time a very clean bus with the option to turn on your own music. Contact with the driver has always been smooth and we never had to wait for the bus. Top service.

The Municipality of Amsterdam made use of “Shuttle2Amsterdam” for a working visit by Rotterdam policy officials. The friendly and highly professional drivers were able to deliver us and our visitors during the day to the most inaccessible locations (the heart of the city center) on time and to accommodate unexpected program changes effortlessly. Our visitors loved the day and warned us (with some jealousy ...) not to expect such beautiful, comfortable buses during a return visit to Rotterdam ...

I use Direct Vip service almost monthly for a Team Building 2-day that I can provide for the Municipality of Amsterdam. Direct Vip service has a diverse team of drivers. They are all equally friendly and professional, but also very pleasant. Moreover, I think the prices of Direct VIP service are very reasonable! What I also like is that they are quick to switch, flexible, reasonable and of their appointment. I have been using direct VIP service for a few years now and hope to be able to do that for a long time. An absolute must!
