I have indicated that my "estimated departure time" would be 2 hours. All flights from Schiphol arrived late due to weather conditions. Because I arrived a little later, I had to pay an extra 10 euro fine to get out. And they don't want to help you further. Online when you book you can only enter "estimated departure time". And not your actual departure time. I'm going to the competitor next time, unfortunately. And another downside is that you have to walk to your car for almost fifteen minutes to 20 minutes because it is packed during holiday periods.

Worthless customer service. If you call and choose an option, the connection is immediately disconnected. If you send a message through the site, no copy will be sent to your e-mail as proof.
