If you call them you will be on hold for 6 minutes. If you call after you have created a callback request, someone will respond quickly that they will quickly follow up on a callback request. Then you trust them to follow up on their callback request, they won't call you back after a week! Other than that they are generally nice, but I think I spoke to one who had a bad day. But being on hold is constant and annoying.

Beautiful municipal house where I have always received friendly and correct assistance. Even today 👍

This is a beautiful central place of Heemskerk, where the library and music school are also. Concerts are often held. In order to study comfortably, there are still some things that can be changed: less distraction due to noise and wider opening hours.
