Great service! Was the only one in the vicinity of Valkenswaard where I could order electronics during the lockdown and pick it up the same day.

A product purchased through bol.com. (lawn mower) After 2.5 months the mower suddenly starts to leak oil. Contacted dhz outlet and was allowed to take the mower to the repairer in my area because I lived too far away from the store. I was allowed to email the invoice for the repair. No sooner said than done. And within an hour I had already received the money from the DIY outlet. !! They keep their agreements and stand for their service ... Well worth 5 stars. Service is top! I will order from here more often if I need something. Many other companies can learn something from this!
