Great case. Very professional and very friendly.
After long deliberation decided to see if a hearing aid would be right for me. Feel good right from the moment of entry. Excellent explanation of the possibilities and impossibilities. Now I use the devices for several weeks nothing but satisfaction. The aftercare and disruptions, incidentally caused by incompetence on my part, are also very happy that I am around. Friendly service and attention from Sebastiaan have ensured that I can enjoy the sounds around me again. I AM part of it again and can recommend the switch to everyone, whereby Hoorcare Heemskerk played a decisive role.
Owned a hearing aid in the higher segment for several weeks. Nothing but praise for the friendly, pleasant and professional approach at Hoorcare. The hr. v.d. Sebastiaan is patient and gives the right advice, even setting up the hearing aid on my iPhone was no problem.
