Shurgard Self-Storage Almere Buiten

We just rented a storage space at Almere Buiten. It was so easy to get the space. and at a great price. The storage was important to help us declutter for the sale of our house and transition for our move to the new house. The space is easy to access, clean and the staff is very friendly. We highly recommend Shurgard Almere Buiten.

Shurgard Almere buiten. What can I say about this place? Before I started to work there, I knew nothing about Shurgard or the people that work there. I have worked with countless people so far in many different branches. From bar tending to fast food to industry to sales and more. I have studied in different universities for a wide range of subject. There I have met some very ambitious people and wonderful teachers. On the first day of my training I was introduced to Mister Ninian the current store manager at Shurgard Almere Buiten and Mr Dylan the assistant manager at Almere Buiten. The first impression I had of Mister Ninian was of a strict but fair man. Very soon I came to understand who he was as a trainer. He was strict but never punishing, whenever I made a mistake, we would go over it and he would help me figure out my mistake. At no point did he give me the answers he only gave me the tools and showed me the way. Sometimes it took longer to see or understand my mistake, during this time Mister Ninian gave me the time to work it out. He had the patience and wisdom to help me each step of the way. When I saw him working with clients, he was always cautious of who came in and helped anyone who needed it. He made sure to only let in people with the right intentions. Sometimes people are in pain or are dealing with a difficult situation. This can cause people to behave unpleasantly when something goes wrong. Even when situations like this happened Mister Ninian always stayed calm and did his best to help people. He always knew how to make sure someone feels heard and understood. During my training at Shurgard Almere buiten I did not work a lot with Mister Dylan. On the days that I did work with him he showed me what a hard worker could be. Every task that had to be done he would do it with out complain. Every client was helped to the best of his ability and he always showed people Respect. I can see that he still has somethings to learn but he is always learning, always getting better. He will become a great Store manager one day. At some point during my training Mister Ninian became ill. During that time, I was placed with a Mister Merdan. The second assistant manager at Shurgard Almere Buiten. This man was one of the funniest and most energetic people I have ever met. Every day he trained with me on the roles and the study material. With each problem that was placed In front of me he would show me how to look at it from a different perspective. There was never a dull day with this man. When clients walked in, he made sure that every client would leave either laughing or with a smile. Every issue or problem a client had he knew of a way to help them. This man in my opinion is a store manager. These are the people who have helped me during my training. I have never met people like this before. These are all hard working and very kind patient people. They have helped me so much that now three months later I am able to help every one that walks into my own Store. From all the teachers, trainers and people that I have met so far, these people are the most motivated helpful and kind individuals I have met. For this I would say Shurgard Almere Buiten is a safe, clean, and very friendly place to visit. Thank you for all your help. Steve
