MG dealer, nice place with very nice other cars as well. Good information regarding the MG car and EV driving, but this is depending on the sales person.
Despite the fact that the Showroom was closed (due to corona), a beautiful Mercedes was delivered at home today. Vincent thanks for the fine handling, TOP SERVICE 👍
At first I received a rather arrogant response to my question by email. This was the time for me to quit.
A few weeks later we were in the area and then went to look in the showroom, the car that I was interested in was still there. A beautiful C43 AMG with few kilometers. After some negotiations, seller Vincent came up with an offer that we agreed with and the deal was closed.
After delivery it turned out that the advertised alarm was class 3 and not in it, was no problem, was immediately addressed and resolved.
All in all a less pleasant start but the end was great.
Making mistakes is not a problem, it becomes a problem if you do not solve it or solve it badly. In this case resolved fine.
Very exclusive!
And unfortunately so exclusive that people do not respond reactively to mail / web forms or to the main telephone number.
So this is not for everyone :-) and certainly not for us ...
