This shop is a scam! I have an appointment at 10.30 and I took a day off from work just to visit it. I arrived and the shop was closed, I called all the numbers listed on their website, after 10 attempts someone replied and , really unpolite, told me, she doesn't know anything and hanged up the phone. I let my friend call back so she can speak dutch, same story , just in another language! i tried to call back and sent few messages, nobody got back to me.if you don't want to lose your time, please don't visit this shop! Unprofessional and probably just a scam.

Horrible service! Don't trust them. Out of all the wedding dresses in Amsterdam, don't go to this one

Everything seemed to be going well up to the day of the wedding. My dress was picked up by my husband 1 day in advance. Trusted that everything was well given. I take my things to the visasgie. Once made up + my hairstyle, the visasgt wants to take the veil out of my bag. If they want to fix it, I am amazed to see that it is totally a different veil and not the one I had chosen. We contacted maziana van hey how about this, can the other be arranged etc. But no, immediately reacted very rude to us, not at all professional or customer friendly. Also had to send a video as proof that I had that other veil (because she didn't believe us and luckily I had it). Once that video sent in, she still didn't believe us and called us liars. Not neat at all. Too bad they ruined everything in the end. Don't recommend them either!

I have also read a few bad reviews, but here's all NIKS! I have made my dress here on request, and I can not tell you how happy I am! It is a beautiful dress with everything and anything on it. And the size is correct and it fits very well with my body. The dress is of good quality and looks very expensive for such a price. I also found the staff very nice and helpful, without them I would never have found my dream dress. On to my dream wedding with my dream man! Thanks for everything! Are you very grateful.
