3.5 weeks ago placed an order that was sent to the incorrect address (while the correct address was specified) and contacted about this within one hour after the shipment confirmation. You can then ask all your neighbors for weeks whether they have received a package. Then you have to wait 4 weeks before you get your money back. You will not be taken seriously at all if you contact us about this and there is no apology for the inconvenience. Ridiculous customer service if you ask me.

Last night I had a problem with my fashion check. Being able to communicate conveniently via the chat on the site! And today also had an email. I am very satisfied with the customer friendliness.

I order a sweater that is priced from 50 to 30. Now I see that they have just calculated the old price. Even after contact and sending screenshots they do not want to meet me.
