38 Euros to Hem 2 curtains total of less than 3 meters. I was quoted 12 euros total (6 each). I was also told they would text me when they were done, but never got any messages, so I went in 3 days after I dropped them off. When I found out they wanted 38 euros I asked why the massive cost difference, I was told over the phone that "they were very difficult." I only brought 20 Euros with me thinking there was no way it could be more and my credit card didn't work so had to go home and then my wife had to go back to pay with her bank card and when she went back to pay they called the fellow again to get more answers as to why such the difference this time in Dutch, just to make sure that there was no translation issues as I don't speak dutch yet, I am getting better but still not great yet. Over the phone she was told that it was actually 6.5 Euros per meter and he rounded up to 2 meters per curtain. 2X6.5=13 then 13X2=26 which didn't add up either. This is when he replied to my wife "if it is too expensive then you should just do them yourself." Had I been quoted 38 euros in the first I would've as I have hemmed a couple of sets of curtains in the past but as I don't have a sewing machine I thought I would support a local shop. I waited for a while before I posted this review as I have asked many of my friends whether I was over reacting and all of them responded that I should. I'm not mad just disappointed that when I wanted to support a local business, I now feel I should just do it myself, as per the shop's advise.

Outstanding laundry service with great customer service. Always on time, high quality and very responsive.

The dry-cleaning service is prompt, affordable and professional. Pick-up and delivery of garments is always within the designated time. Payment is easy (cash or card), and invoices provided via email. Overall it's a good local service that I will continue to use weekly.

Brought 4 pieces to get their button holes fixed. 1) Came after a call that it was ready. It wasn't ready 2) Days later it was ready. Three holes missed. Two buttons not fixed. 3) Again days later it was finally ready. Horrible quality. To my feedback they said: ‘but we don’t do it in house. We bring it to a tailor.’ Like that is a good excuse for bad quality. 4) Came home found one button was still missing 5) Picked it up again, again horribly done. Still had to cut out thread. Conclusion: Three weeks and €79 later. A blind man would have done a better job. My grandpa was a tailor. He would be sooooo angry.
